All interviewing stations are equipped for CATI (Computer
Assisted Telephone Interviewing). TMR's 150 interviewing stations
are equipped with ACS Query, CfMC and Results CATI software systems which is why clients worldwide choose TMR as their data collection partner of choice.

Each facility is managed by an experienced telephone research professional and has a full complement of supervisors and editors.

Our CATI systems were designed by market researchers and address all facets of data collection in a market research environment. In addition to interviewing, the system affords the user the ability to automate quota control, sample selection and management, cross -tabulation, open-end coding and other ancillary functions. These functions are totally integrated to minimize both user intervention and required level of user technical expertise. The menu driven system is easy to use and understand.

Clients can review the questionnaire and receive data via modem access.
